Shipping Duration: 

Free shipping takes approximately 20-40 days depending on your location
 

Shipping Status: 

When your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email. Within 24-72 hours after placing your order, you will receive another email with a tracking number and a tracking link. 

Order Cancellation:

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been shipped yet. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.

If the parcel has not yet been shipped, you can cancel or modify your order by contacting us just through our Support System

If the parcel has been shipped, you cannot cancel or modify your order.

Extra Fees:

Please be aware that your purchased item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time, and you may be charged customs fee. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about customs clearance. Customs rules make the buyer responsible for these fees.

Refund 

We are here to help you return your order if:

  • Your item was broken or defected during the delivery process
  • The item was not delivered

*Please note that undamaged products will not be refunded*

In both cases we offer free returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Requesting Refund:

To initiate a return/refund please complete the following steps:

  • Take a picture of the defected parcel, so that we know what the problem is and improve our services
  • Submit a request using our support system => Support System
  • Be patient 😊, we will send you an email to update you on the approval or rejection of your refund request

Once your request has been approved, you will receive your refund within 72 hours through the original payment method.

If you did not receive your refund within 3 business days, please contact your credit card company first because it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
